The Strategy works as follows:
First - Select your online casino and go the European roulette section (European roulette has better odds than American roulette).

Second - Choose which even money bet you would like to take - red,black,odd or even.

Third - Place the smallest stake you can on that section (usually 1 unit) and spin the roulette wheel. If you win, excellent you have made a profit of one unit. If you bet does not come on then move to the fourth stage in the strategy.

Fourth - Double your bet and put it on the same even money bet again. By doubling your bet you will recover your losses when you win as well as making a 1 unit profit. If you win the go back to placing the minimal 1 unit bet again.

Fifth -  If you lose again then double your bet and place it on the same even money outcome again. Continue this doubling of you bet (1,2,4,8,16,32) each time you lose until eventually you win. When you win return to betting the smallest amount that you can.

Each time you win you will make a profit of one unit. This strategy can be applied many times in a short space of time so the potential is there to make a reasonable amount of money in a short time. Because of the nature of this strategy you need to find an online roulette wheel that has low minimum bets and high table limits.
